Getting "You're offline. Check your connection" error while using YouTube on Google Chrome [solved]

I’m having a problem with my Youtube player, which is displayed through an iFrame on my website. I keep getting an error message that says “You’re offline. Check your connection”. However, I know that my internet connection is stable and working perfectly fine. This always happens when I try to play a video on the player, and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.
Here’s the HTML code for the iFrame that displays the player:

I’ve tried a number of things to fix this issue, including:
1. Clearing my browser cache and cookies
2. Disabling any VPN or proxy connections
3. Checking if there are any ad blockers or browser extensions that might be interfering with the player
Despite these attempts, I still can’t get the player to work. Is there anything else I can try, or is this an issue with YouTube itself? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! It seems like you are having issues with the “you’re offline, check your connection” error when using YouTube on Google Chrome. This problem can be caused by various factors, like network connectivity issues, outdated drivers, or even an outdated version of Chrome.
Firstly, make sure your network and internet connectivity is working properly. Check if you are able to access other websites or if other devices on the same network are able to access YouTube without any issues. If there is a problem with your network, it’s best to contact your network administrator or internet service provider.
If the issue is specific to Google Chrome, try clearing your browsing data, cache and cookies from Chrome settings. This should help in removing any temporary data that might be causing the problem. If the problem still persists, try disabling all your installed Chrome extensions and restart your browser. Sometimes, conflicting extensions can also cause this error.
If none of the above solutions work, make sure that your Chrome browser is up-to-date. You can check for any available updates by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner of the browser and selecting “Help” > “About Google Chrome”. If there is an update available, it will be downloaded and installed automatically.
If the issue still persists, it might be caused by outdated network drivers or even an outdated version of Windows. Make sure that you are running the latest version of Windows and have updated all the necessary drivers. You can check for any available driver updates by going to the Device Manager in Windows.
In summary, resolving the “you’re offline, check your connection” error on YouTube using Google Chrome can be a bit tricky, but by following the steps mentioned above, you should be able to fix the problem easily. The key is to identify the root cause of the problem and fix it accordingly. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to ask!

It seems like your issue might be related to your internet connection, as the error message suggests. My advice would be to try resetting your internet connection or trying a different network.

I have experienced similar issues in the past, and whenever I encountered the “you’re offline” error message, it was almost always related to my internet connection. Sometimes simply resetting my router or switching to a different network solved the problem.

If resetting your internet connection doesn’t work, you may want to clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try using a different browser altogether. It’s possible that there’s a temporary issue with your browser that’s causing the problem.

I hope this helps – good luck with your issue!
